The body as landscape
The portrait does not seek to explain the person. It accompanies them until body, gesture, and territory are no longer separate. The camera records the instant in which someone does not pose: they inhabit.

WRITINGS 2020—2024
01 / THE BOOK
Just as a drop contains the entire ocean, one line can contain the whole universe of human experience.
This book brings together more than eighty texts written between 2020 and 2024. Poetry, stories, reflections, and letters form a continuous current between the intimate and the universal, the everyday and the transcendent.
Each word is a point of departure. Each phrase, a window onto a larger story. Each text, a curve: love, nature, death, identity, fatherhood, community.
02 / THE JOURNEY
Shared glances, eloquent silences, and the strange clarity that appears when two people recognize one another.
↗02Wind, earth, storm, and landscape as presences that pass through us and transform us.
↗03Death faced directly, with memory, desire, and the irreverent humor of Mexican tradition.
↗04Questions about who we are, the time we inhabit, and our place before the infinite.
↗05Brief stories in which a fruit, a valve, or an improbable journey opens another way of seeing reality.
↗06Fatherhood, listening, identity, community, and social change: writing as a way of taking responsibility.
↗03 / PRETEXT
For years I wrote without thinking of showing it. Words appeared among work, family, landscape, encounters, and losses. I kept them because writing was a private way of paying attention, not a public declaration.
Over time I understood that these texts were not isolated notes. They formed a work: a continuous line made of poems, stories, letters, and questions. Showing it is born not of pretension, but of the desire to share the bread that remained so long upon my table.
This book is a conversation, not a monument. An outstretched hand offering what it has. Perhaps someone will find here the echo of their own footsteps; perhaps only a pause. Either is enough.

Light reveals and conceals at the same time. Within that tension appears a presence that does not ask to be deciphered. Looking becomes an exercise in dignity: drawing near without possessing.

Collage and geometry turn intuitions into visible relationships. Layers, cuts, circles, and tensions construct another grammar for what cannot yet be said in words.
Between the letters of every book lie stories never told.
